DARE RUN – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Registration

• Participants must meet the minimum age criteria specified for each race category.
• Registration must be completed online through the official portal and is valid only upon payment confirmation.
• Bibs/registrations are non-transferable without prior approval from organizers.

2. Event Rules

• All participants must follow the designated race route, event timings, and instructions from organizers.
• Any form of cheating, misconduct, or violation of event rules may lead to disqualification.
• Participants are responsible for their own health and fitness. The organizers are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising during the event.

3. Event Changes & Cancellation

• The organizers reserve the right to alter the event date, timing, route, or structure due to weather, government regulations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Information regarding any such changes will be communicated via official channels.

4. Bib & Race Pack

• Bib collection details will be announced prior to the event.
• Registrations made after 25th September 2025 will not have participant names printed on the bib.
• A valid government ID may be required for bib collection.
