DARE RUN – Refund, Transfer & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations & Refunds

• Registrations are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• No cancellations or refund requests will be entertained within 45 days prior to the event date.

2. Registration Transfer

• Participants may request to transfer their registration or convert it to a credit note for future editions, provided the request is made more than 45 days before the event.
• A ₹200 transfer/processing fee will be applicable.

3. Category Changes

• Upgrades (e.g., from 5K to 10K) are subject to availability and payment of the fee difference.
• Downgrades (e.g., from 10K to 5K) will not be eligible for a partial refund of the difference.

Disqualification & No-shows

• No refunds will be provided for participants who fail to attend the event or are disqualified due to rule violations.

Force Majeure

• In case the event is cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of organizers (e.g., natural disaster, government order, pandemic restrictions), registrations may be transferred to the next edition or adjusted as per organizer discretion.
